The Belgian funding agency for fundamental research, the  F.R.S.-FNRS, provides opportunities for undergraduates to apply for PhD grants and for PhDs to apply for postdoctoral grants. Note that these grants are highly competitive. If you have the appropriate background and want to apply for a grant (which entails writing a research project), drop me a message.
